Working with private clients

There are various moments and turning points in all of our careers and lives when a pause, a rethink, a plan or a new perspective can be useful. These moments can be something tangible such as a change of role or a promotion. Or more of a feeling of being ‘stuck’ or somehow unfulfilled.

Working with a coach can provide the space and time to reflect, the questions and feedback to create new ways of thinking and the right level of support and challenge to generate the motivation to act.

I have worked with individuals who are in transition - new in post, new directors or associates, first time managers or those considering a career change.

If you would like to explore how coaching could help you, please get in touch. All of my work starts with a no charge, no obligation coffee (or tea!).

“Since receiving coaching from Rachel I have continued to progress in my role as a leader. The coaching has specifically given me the confidence to communicate with those within and outside my organisation. Before the coaching, I was often paralyzed by overthinking situations and a lack of confidence. The coaching with Rachel helped me work through these challenges by taking time to reflect and practice the tools and techniques we discussed in the sessions.”
