My latest event for London Festival of Architecture: Be the change

In June, London Festival of Architecture are celebrating their 20th year with the theme ‘Re-imagine’. I am excited to be taking part again with an event called ‘Be the change’ in collaboration with brand strategist and writer, Emma Keyte. We are kindly hosted by Buro Happold at The Featherstone Building.

Emma and I both work with change. Emma works with organisations who are reimagining their organisation’s brand, identity and messaging. My focus is on helping individuals and teams become better leaders and on supporting culture change.

Why is there so much talk and so little change? What if it was easier to deliver on our imaginings? What if the barriers to change were stripped away and we could really make a difference? And if so, what would we alter?

But change is of course quite difficult!

To make change, you need space to think and explore. Be the change will create a little of that space. We’ll be asking some of the built environment’s most imaginative minds to share their own what-ifs, and their personal experiences of shifting the status quo.
