I passed!

The majority of my work is in the built environment, working with architects, engineers, cost consultants and communications professionals and other consultants to build their leadership competence and confidence.

Over the last 12 months, I have been boosting my knowledge and experience of neurodiversity and neurodivergence by working as an associate coach for specialists, Genius Within.

To date I have worked with over 20 clients who are Autistic, Dyslexic, ADHDers. I have met some incredible clients and coaches, and this work has taken me overseas (well almost it’s via Teams!) and into a whole range of industries including tech, banking, retail, education, NHS, other public sector and management consulting.

As part of this I have recently passed my ILM recognised accreditation in Enhanced Performance Strategies for Neuro-Differences in the Workplace.
